The concept of the exhibition art meets porn @ ArtPornLounge consists of three phases: 1. The group exhibition, which investigates the borderline between art, kitsch and pornography, will be held in the canteen of the former Paetzenhofer brewery. Participating artists are: photographer Ono Ludwig (Berlin), designer Clemens Hummel (Wiesbaden) presents computer print graphics on the subject of "Pixelporn", artist Rinaldo Hopf (Berlin) displays painted-over posters, photoworks by Patrick Bartsch and Brian (Berlin), Kingdome 19 (Berlin), paintings by Rolf Maas (Helmond, The Netherlands), drawings and paintings by Egon Rathke (Berlin) and Wilfried Laule (Berlin) presents computer prints. Within the gallery space the interior set up for a porn shoot will be installed. The art is not just a prop - it will be the base and contextual template of a porn film, which will be realised by US director Todd Verow commissioned by Wurstfilm, one of the leading porn labels in Berlin. 2. The porn setting will become part of the exhibition after the shoot and the remains will be presented to the visitors as an installation. In the beginning of 2008 the third part will be released: the actual porn film as a form of documentation of the exhibition on DVD by Berlin porn label Wurstfilm!

"Das Amt": Love in times of terror
A feast of understanding in an age of war will be celebrated by the Pakistani Vulkhan and US-American Robert Defcon, known as "Das Amt" for their pornopolitical electrorap in German language. With a public "bed-in" in a hotel in Berlin the two musicians and authors of the music magazine Spex will follow in the footsteps of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, who articulated their protest against the Vietnam war with a bed-in in Amsterdamīs Hilton - now almost 40 years ago. "Once again, it is time to push forward to a higher level" the couple declares. The following concert in LUX will make a hot and sexy peace come true on the dancefloor.
